Jonathan Etuk is an experienced Lawyer and a specialist Entertainment Advisor. He is known as a tenacious and strategic negotiator and is highly sought after by key individuals and power brokers within the industry.
He is also a seasoned Business Executive and holds a number of senior management and executive positions assisting clients navigate the entertainment and commercial landscape.
Jonathan is the CEO and owner of law firm Blue Trinity.
As a senior lawyer Jonathan holds a number of professional qualifications including a LL.B Honours degree in Law and a Post Graduate diploma in Legal Practice. He is also a Registered Lawyer with the Football Association (FA), and has provided legal representation to the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) and Professional Football Association (PFA) members.
Jonathan is one of the few lawyers that has such a wealth of experience in Entertainment Law that he has been classed as a specialist in the field. His practice areas have also enabled him to gain powerful industry experience in a number of fields, including Boxing, Football, Music, Television, Film, Gaming, Digital Collectables and Sport.
As an advisor he guides entertainers on all aspects of their career including media and sponsorship deals, television broadcasting arrangements, endorsements, promotional arrangements, image rights agreements, club disputes/transfers. He provides a full service protecting their intellectual property rights and helping to maximise their commercial value. He also advises media and entertainment companies, managers and global media agencies on all related matters.
He has negotiated and implemented some of the most profitable and innovative arrangements available making him recognised as an expert within the Entertainment field.
